Why We Built Simple Healthcare

Simple Healthcare was founded by healthcare researchers who spent years wrestling with pricing data that was either unavailable, expensive, or unreliable. The passage of price transparency regulations created an opportunity—but raw transparency files require significant expertise to use.

We built the platform we wished had existed: clean, validated, peer-reviewed data in an intuitive workspace. No data science team required. Our methods have been published in peer-reviewed journals and used to inform policy and strategy across the healthcare ecosystem.
